急性胰腺炎相关性腹水研究进展

摘要 重症急性胰腺炎是一种病情凶险，病死率高的急腹症，SAP时可产生大量胰腺炎相关性腹水，其内含有的多种毒性物质，对病情的发展有着不可低估的影响。本文就PAAF产生机制及对各重要脏器的损害作一综述，旨在进一步了解其危害性，为探索其防治提供新的思路。
