近年来干细胞移植在急性心肌梗死治疗中的研究越采越多，可通过促进心肌细胞、血管生成，减少心律失常的发生，抑制缺血再灌注对心肌的损伤而减轻心肌重构、改善心功能。

There are more and more studies focused on the stem cell treatment for the acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Stem cells can attenuate the remohling of myocardium and improve heart function by promoting regeneration of myocardium and blood vessel, reducing ventricular arrhythmias and preventing myocardial ischemia - repeffusion injury . This review covered the achievements of recent studies on this subject.
