在航空公司提供的各种航班延误经济补偿方式中,现金补偿是中国旅客最易接受的一种方式。然而由于目前航空公司缺乏科学合理的补偿策略,致使补偿措施迟迟得不到落实,导致航空公司支付的补偿费用很高,但对旅客的补偿效果却不好。分析了当前国内航空公司航班不正常的各种补偿方式的特点,重点分析了现金补偿的3种策略,并从兼顾航空公司和旅客双方利益的前提出发,在航空公司支付总补偿费用一定的条件下,以全部旅客的经济补偿效用最高为目标,构建出了3种策略的数学规划模型。通过对3个模型分别求解计算,比较了3种补偿策略的效果,确定了航班不正常时的最优补偿策略。

Cash compensation for flight delay is often used for Chinese passenger.At present,however,the airlines don′t have scientific and reasonable economic compensation tactics so that the compensation measures can′t be done in time that result in the compensation cost is more but the compensation effect is little.The paper analysed the characteristics of each economic compensation manner for flight delay in China,analysed three cash compensation tactics,constructed the mathematic optimization models of three tactics subject to the total compensation cost payout by airlines be certain and under the objective to get the best economic compensation effect for all passengers. Compared the effect of three cash compensation tacticss with the solutions of three models, gained optimization cash compensation tactics.
