摘要
分析了脉冲信号在微带线传播时的传输特性和拐角阻抗突变原理。用比较微带线拐角两端输出、输入信号波形的相似度,来衡量拐角对信号传输质量的影响,引入失真系数的概念进行计算,着重研究信号完整性。并通过失真系数F的计算,总结拐角传输优良次序依次为:直角<圆角<内外斜切45°<外斜切45°<外斜切45°直角拐角存在最佳斜切率M值,使得信号传输质量达到设计值。
This paper analyses the characteristic transmission properties and the characteristic impendence mutation in 90° micro-strip bend, and based on comparing the input and output waveform of 90° micro-strip bend, to measure the criterion of signal integrity by using the new concept named distortion coefficient. Then the results of this article are compared with that in available literatures, good agreement is observed. The simulative results confirm that the degree of improvement on transmission characteristics is in order right angle bend, round bend, 45°inner and out miter, and 45°out miter, the optimal bend shape is a 45°out miter. The best transmission property happen when the 45°out miter have optimal miter ratio.
