摘要 本文利用CBMdisc和MEDLIEN CD-ROM对白求恩医科大学8个重点学科学术论文进行计量分析,对卫生部属10-院校相应学科论文状况进行横向比较。结果表明:(1)放射生物学重点学科论文数量居部属10院校之首,其他各重点学科也居部属院校前列。(2)各重点学科已经形成了各具特色的、稳定的研究方向,在放射卫生(电离辐射)、免疫细胞生物学(白细胞介素—2)、脑血管疾病(脑出血)、克山病病理(与硒和维生素的关系)、喉肿瘤、妊娠诊断(神经管缺损)、骨折及骨损伤(骨折固定术)和脂类生化等领域尤为突出。(3)重点学科学术带头人在各自学科中居于“核心”位置,特别是许多中青年学术骨干已经跻身“核心著者”群,重点学科发展潜力巨大。(4)加强国际间学术交流,增加重点学科在国际学术期刊中发表论文的数量,扩大学术影响,应该成为世纪之交科研成果走向世界的突破口。 Using CBMdisc and MEDLINE (1982- 1997), articles on 8 major subjects of Norman Bethune University of Medical Sciences have been analyzed bibliometrically and compared with those articles on equivalent subjects of 9 other colleges under the direction of Ministry of Public Health. The result shows: (1) The number of articles on radionbiology is the largest in 10 colleges and other major subjects are also in leading position. (2)The major subjects have already developed their own characteristics in research. especially in the fields of radiation hygiene (ionizing radiation ), immunocytobiology ( interleukin - 2 ), cerebrovascular diseases ( cerebral hemorrhage), pathology of Keshan disease (relation with selenium and vitamins),tumor of larynx, diagnosis of pregnancy (injury of neurocanal), fracture and bone injury (fracture immobilization). and lipid biochemistry, etc. (3) Major subjects have bright prospects with all the academic leaders and young researchers becoming leading authors. (4) The academic communication should be intensified , number of articles OB major subjects published in academic journals increased and academic effect extended in order to make the research known internationally next century.
