外源物质对甜柿果实品质的影响

摘要 为探讨外源物质对甜柿果实品质的影响,试验对甜柿品种富有的果实喷洒一定浓度的谷氨酸、6-BA、GA3、尿素和磷酸二氢钾溶液。结果表明,以上5种外源物质均极显著地提高了果实的VC含量,在一定程度上降低了游离氨基酸和蛋白质的含量。除尿素外,其他4种外源物质明显提高了果实的光洁度,降低了蒂隙果的发生。综合评价表明,谷氨酸能明显改善果实品质,磷酸二氢钾和6-BA次之。赤霉素明显推迟了果实着色,使单果重显著偏轻、糖分含量降低。果皮中色素的含量与色泽呈显著的相关关系,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、叶绿素/类胡萝卜素比值的相关系数分别达到了-0.897、0.854、-0.964。 To discuss the influence of allogenic substances on the quality of non-astringent persimmon, certain concentration of glutanic acid,6-BA ,GA3,urea and KH2PO4 were sprayed on fruits of Fuju. The results showed that these 5 kinds of allogenic substances increased VC content obviously, and reduced the content of protein and issociation amino acid in certain degree. Besides the urea, other 4 kinds of allogenic substances enhanced the fruit smooth and reduced the dehiscent rate obviously. Synthetic evaluation showed thai glutanic acid obviously improved fruit quality;KH2PO4 and 6-BA were the next. GA3 obviously postponed fruit coloration,depressed fruit heavy and sugar content. The pigment content in fruit peel was remarkably correlated with the luster,the correlation coefficients of Chl,Car,the Chl/Car were -0.897,0.854,-0.964 respectively.
