摘要
采用生物鉴定的方法,调查分析了四倍体桑品种鄂桑2号在秋季的饲料效率,结果表明,鄂桑2号与对照湖桑32号相比,体重的生产效率高8.30%,体重的转化效率高1.26%;鄂桑2号的五龄经过较湖桑32号缩短26h,在食下量减少4.73%的情况下,鄂桑2号的全茧量、茧层量、茧重生产效率、茧层重生产效率较湖桑32号分别提高了10.58%、10.19%、22.52%、15.69%;茧层率与茧层转化效率则近似。
Using biological assay method, the dietary efficiency of tetraploid mulberry variety E-sang No.2 was investigated in autumn. The results showed that production efficiency of weight increased by 8.30%, conversion efficiency of weight increased by 1.26 % compared with control variety Husang No.32; the duration of the 5th instar reduced 26 hours. Under the condition of food consuming declined by 4.73%, the cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, production efficiency of cocoon weight and production efficiency of cocoon shell weight increased by 10.58%, 10.19%, 22.52% and 15.69% respectively; cocoon layer ratio and conversion efficiency of cocoon layer was near.
