摘要 研究了不同浓度的镉(Cd2+)和铅(Pb2+)对黑斑蛙(Rana nigromaculata)肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明,在Cd2+和Pb2+浓度低于1.0mg/L时对CAT活性起诱导作用,最大值出现在0.5mg/L附近;而高浓度Cd2+和Pb2+(高于1.0mg/L)对CAT起抑制作用。CAT活性对2种重金属离子的敏感程度不同,相同实验条件下,各浓度Cd2+对CAT的诱导作用高于Pb2+。黑斑蛙肝脏CAT对水环境中的重金属反应敏感,对重金属的早期污染有指示作用。 Effects of different levels of Cd^2+ and Pb^2+ on activities of catalase (CAT) in the liver of Rana nigromaeulata were studied. At laboratory condition, it was showed that the activities of CAT were enhanced when the concentrations of Cd^2+ and Pb^2+ were low (less than 1.0 mg/L), and were restrained at the high level (more than 1.0 mg/L). However, the promotion of CAT by Cd^2+ was more sensitive than that of the CAT by Pb^2+.The results revealed that the activity of CAT in the liver of Rana nigromaculata could be monitoring on the heavy metal pollution.
