摘要
HID汽车前照灯具有亮度高、节能、安全及经济等优点,在汽车照明中应用越来越广泛。但使用中灯发生色温变化,影响其安全使用。该文从HID汽车前照灯的电弧管形状与尺寸、电极封装位置与压封形状、金属卤化物填充与杂质以及工艺技术应用等方面进行了分析,同时提出了有效的控制措施,具有重要的现实意义。
HID auto-headlamp have advantages of high brightness, energy saung, seacitg, economic and so on, which is more and more widely applied in the automotive lighting. Howerer, in the use of the light, the CT changes occur, which affects seriously its safe use and quality. This paper mare the analysis of HID headlamp shape and size of the arc tube, the electrade position and pressure sealed package, metal halide filled and impurities , as well as technology application and other aspects. At the same time , effective control wasures have been put forward, which hare important practical significana.
