摘要
介绍中南工业大学图书馆局域网建设的总体目标、网络设计原则以及图书馆在校园网上提供的服务内容，并给出系统配置和与校园网互联的拓扑结构图。最后，对系统运行进行了客观评价。
Abstract The global purpose of building the LAN for CSUT library, the principles for designing the network, the system configuration, the topological structure of its connection to the campus network, and the services planned to provide to the campus network are taken into consideration. The system function is also evaluated objectively and the future project is discussed as well.
