摘要 以苜蓿草粉为磨料,使用MLS-225型湿沙橡胶轮磨损试验机进行磨损试验,研究9SiCr钢抗苜蓿草粉的磨损性能,采用电子天平和表面轮廓仪测量试样的质量损失和体积损失,并用X射线能量色散谱仪(EDS)结合扫描电镜分析其元素组成和表面形貌.结果表明:在软磨料磨损下,疲劳磨损、切削磨损和脱层磨损这3种磨损机制同时存在,其中切削磨损和脱层磨损起主导作用,据此认为提高9SiCr钢的硬度和韧性是提高金属材料耐磨性的有效措施. Using alfafa powder as abrasive material, and the MLS-225 type wet sand rubber wheel abrasion tester was also used to study the atiwear property of 9SiCr steel to alfalfa powder. The electronic balance and the talysurf were used to determin the sample quality' loss and volume loss in the maximum grinding, and x-ray energy dispersive spectrum and the scanning electron microscope were used to analyse the elements and surface appearance. The results indicated that under the soft abrasive wear area, fatigue wear, cutting wear and delamination wear existed simultaneously, the cutting wear and delamination wear both played leading roles, thus a conclusion was drawn that improving the toughness and hardness of 9SiCr steel was the most effective way to improve its abrasion resistance.
