高校图书馆对教学与科研有着重要的辅助作用,为更好地为教学和科研服务,高校图书馆馆员必须从思想、业务、技能等方面着力提高自身的素质,才能更好地履行管理、服务、教育、应用等职能,成为一个合格的图书馆员.
The college library plays an important role in teaching and reaching. The librarian must improve their ideology, professional and vocational qualities to make a better contribution to the management, service, education and become a qualified librarian.
