Practice Teaching on Course of Electric Package

本文根据高职课程的特点,对"电子封装"课程教学进行了实践探索。我们在坚持学以致用的基础上,以培养创新精神和实践能力为出发点,通过完善实训体系、深化教学内容、教学方法以及考核方式的综合改革,初步建立了适合培养生产创新型人才的"电子封装"课程教学模式。为今后更好地开展"电子封装"课程教学提供了参考和借鉴。

According to the characteristics of the higher vocational education, a practical exploration of research teaching the Electric Package course is designed. The ways to train students creation spirit and practical ability is introduced based on that theory should be applied into practice. With the help of improving practice course system, reforming content, method of teaching and testing system, a training plan for applied talents of teaching mode is put forward. It provides a practical reference for teaching on E-lectric Package course better.
