摘要 应用系统动力学方法建立了战略人力资源管理各功能与企业绩效指标之间的关系模型。通过模型进行分析,发现了战略人力资源管理中对企业绩效具有影响的各种因素。有些因素对企业绩效具有促进作用,而另一些则限制企业绩效的提升。这些发现有益于战略人力资源管理的改进。 A model is presented to describe the relationship between the functions of strategic human resource management (SHRM) and the firm performance indices by using system dynamics (SD). Based on this model, various factors resulting from SHRM that have effect on firm performance, some of are positive, but others are negative. It is useful for SHRM improvement.
