摘要 以故障模式影响分析法(FMEA)为基本原理,先利用改进的节点-支路矩阵将配电系统划分为若干块,以块为单位代替单个元件进行故障解析分析;而后重点研究了多态的天气因素对配电系统可靠性评估的影响,通过对配电系统中设备在运行期内的工作在不同天气情况规律的分析,对配电系统的可靠性指标进行修正,使得修正后可靠性评估模型较完备地考虑了不同天气情况对配电系统可靠性评估的影响。通过实例的计算,考虑天气因素修正的配电网可靠性评估模型与分块算法不仅可行、高效,而且得到可靠性评估指标更真实地反应配电系统的可靠性的实际情况,具有较强的工程实用性。 Based on FMEA theory, by subdividing power distribution system into smaller subunits with advanced node-to-branch matrix, and with pieces as units instead of components, failure analysis was made. Afterwards,Influences of polymorphic weather conditions on power distribution system were mainly studied. By law analysis of equipment in operational period in different weather conditions, reliable index was testified and intensively considered influence of different weather conditions on power distribution system reliability assessment. Through example computation, it has stronger engineering practicality.
