延迟焦化传统流程与可调循环比流程的工艺比较 被引量:1

COMPARISON OF CONVENTIONAL AND TUNABLE RECYCLE RATIO PROCESS FOR DELAYED COKING PLANT

摘要 通过对某公司1.2Mt/a延迟焦化装置传统工艺流程和1.60Mt/a延迟焦化装置的可灵活调节循环比两种流程的比较分析认为,后者具有灵活、直观的优点,对于防止分馏塔底结焦、改善辐射泵的运行环境有着独特的效果,在加工劣质渣油方面具有优势。 Compared and analyzed two kinds of process flows of delayed coking plant in a company: conventional process flow used in 1.2 Mt/a plant and tunable flexibly recycle ratio process flow used in 1.60 Mt/a plant, and results indicated the latter has advantages of flexibil- ity and visuality. The tunable flexibly recycle ratio process flow possessed unique effect in avoi- ding coking under dephlegmator bottom and improving operation environment of radial pump, especially for the processing of residual oil with poor quality.
