分析集输系统所用的机泵增压设备填料密封出现的问题,找出原因,制订机械密封改造方案。改造实施后,劳动强度降低,保护了环境、减少了维修成本和材料费用,达到了预期目的。

Analyzed problems occurred in filler sealing of pump pressurized device used in gather and delivery system, found out causes and made revamp scheme for mechanical seal. After the revamp scheme was put into effect, labour intensity reduced, environment protected, maintenance costs and material waste decreased, and reached the purpose of energy - saving and increasing power utilization ratio.
