摘要
针对企业编制预算的实务操作,对企业预算编制过程中经常出现的问题及其影响按决策层和职能部门两个层面进行总结,并提出建议和应对措施。
Aimed at practice operation of business budget regimentation, the problems frequently occuring and their effect on the business budget regimentation were summarized considering of decision makers and operating division respectively, and put forward solutions and countermeasures.
