基于PLC的入厂煤自动采样系统设计

摘要 在组态软件环境下设计了基于PLC的入厂煤自动采样系统。该系统以Modicon公司Micro3721型PLC为下位机控制核心,通过其通讯口与PC机通信,在用组态王设计的人机界面中实现自动控制,完成自动采样、实时监控、分析数据、与煤称重系统进行数据交换等基本功能,满足了火力发电厂实现计算机生产管理的要求。 By using the HMI Software, this paper designed an automatic sampling system of coal as received in thermal power plant based on PLC. The system used Modicon' s Micro3721 PLC as its control center and communicated with PC through the communication port of Modicon' s Micro3721 PLC. In the Human- Computer Interface designed with KingView, this system can realize some basic functions such as automatic sampling, supervising in real time, analyzing data, exchanging data with coal- weighing system. Above functions satisfied the request of automatic controlling and management based on computer in thermal power plant.
