摘要
结合组织行为学中的动机和激励理论,通过文献资料、访谈、数据统计等研究方法,对国家体育总局历年来的奖励政策进行了理性的梳理和评析,指出了现行奖励政策的局限和不足,给出了进一步完善奖励政策的建议,以促进后备人才的培养和输送,激发各层次运动队不同人员的积极性,从而保证运动队的可持续发展。
On the basis of different theories of motivation and encouragement, and by the methods of documentary review, interviews and mathematical statistics, etc. , this paper rationally analyses the reward policies of State General Administration of Sports over the years. It points out the limitations of current reward policies and puts forward some measures for improvement in order to promote the cultivation and supply of talent succession and inspire people of different sports teams, so as to ensure the sustainable development of sports teams in China
