由于基本产权理论认识不足,致使运动员产权难以合理界定。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,在分析基本产权理论的基础上,寻求运动员产权界定的原理,为其科学合理的界定提供理论依据。

For lack of understanding of basic property rights theory, property rights can be hardly defined reasonably by athletes. By the methods of documentation and theoretical analysis, on the foundation of the analysis of basic property rights theory the study seeks the principle of defining the property rights for athletes and providing a scienfffic and reasonable way to define it.
