摘要
使用EPQ的E分量表(内外向)和应对方式问卷,考察了体育院校大学生应对方式的特点及其与人格特质的关系。结果表明:①体育院校大学生采用的应对方式从高到低依次为解决问题、求助、幻想、退避与合理化、自责;②体育院校女大学生在求助和幻想上的得分显著高于男大学生;在解决问题、自责、退避和合理化上不存在显著的性别差异;③在应对方式上存在性别和人格特质的交互作用。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristic of the coping style and the relationship with personality of sport college students. The E EPQ component （ to the internal and external ） and coping style questionnaire were used. The results showed that： （1） The coping style of the sport college students are solving problems, seeking help, fantasy, retreat and rationalization, self-blame one by one. （2） The female students have higher scores than the male students in seeking help and fantasy;（3） There were significant interaction effect in coping style between gender and personality.
