Reform and Development of Indian Public Enterprises

独立后,为了克服私营经济弊端,建设社会主义类型社会,印度大力发展公营企业。经过长期艰苦努力,印度公营企业规模不断壮大,但是却存在诸多问题。在加速经济全球化进程中,印度也注意公营企业改革,虽然取得一些成效,但是也存在某些问题。公营企业改革仍是印度经济改革的难点,仍将在一定程度上影响印度经济全球化进程。

After independence India has endeavored to develop public enterprises in order to overcome the shortcomings of private sectors and achieve the goal of economic socialism.With the practice over decades,public sectors in India have been increasingly enlarged but,at the same time,suffered from a lot of problems.Driven by economy globalization,India pays more attention to the reform programs of public enterprises but secures little success.The transformation of public enterprises comes to be the bottleneck of India's economic reform at large and exerts a mixed impact on India's effort for globalization.
