摘要
印度作为世界上重要的发展中国家,经济迅猛发展,国力快速增强,国际政治地位逐步提升。然而该国独特的地质和气候条件使其成为各种灾害频发的国家,促使印度将灾害应急管理作为国家政策和法律制度中优先考虑的问题。
India,as one of the most important developing countries having population ranking the 2nd and land size the 7th in the world,has seen a rapid growth in economy,national strength,and its international status.However,India's geography and climate makes it a disaster-prone country,which forces India to give priority to disaster management in its national development policy and legal system.India's experience in this regard is quite helpful for other scenario-like countries to follow.
