摘要
探索大戟狼毒的杀菌活性及活性成分,为新型植物源杀菌剂的研制和开发提供依据,以苹果树腐烂病原菌为供试菌种,用生长速率法测定了大戟狼毒石油醚提取物的对病原菌的抑制率。结果表明:大戟狼毒石油醚提取物对苹果树腐烂病菌病原菌丝生长有一定的抑制作用。其中提取物为2 g.L-1的稀释液对苹果树腐烂病菌病原菌丝生长的抑制作用最好,抑制率最高达到94.0%。大戟狼毒提取物对苹果腐烂病菌具有很好的防治效果,极具有开发潜力。
The purpose of this work is to explore the pesticide properties of Euphorbia fischeriana S teud. The research result will provide insight into the potential use of the extract as a pesticide. In this test, the disc diffusion assay was used to test the antifungal activity of the extract of Euphorbia fischeriana S teud against Valsa mall Miyabe et Yamada. The result indicated that the petroleum ether extract of Euphorbia fischeriana S teud has strong antigfungal activity against Valsa mall Miyabe et Yamada. The inhibition rates of the spores germination were 91.9%, 93% and 94.0%, respectively in 1 d, 2 d and 3 d whenthe concentration of the petroleoum ether extract was 2 g ·L^-1 Asarum could be a potential pesticide against Valsa mall Miyabe et Yamada.
