Regarding the unique characters of the college students ＂born in ,the 1990s＂ as a group, the Communist Youth League of China shoud have the fnllowing strategies： 1. Keeping pace with the current times and educating students with advanced ideology to play a greater role in the advancement of the college Youth League; 2. Showing solicitude for the growth and development of students with peuple-oriented attitude to define the pertinence of the CYL work; 3. Bringing the task in promoting campus culture into full play under the supervision of the socialist culture so as to present the effectiveness of the CYL＇s cuhm＇al work; 4. Uniting and instructing the students with innovative spirit and modern media methods to embody the updating temporal spirit of the Youth League.
