当代大学生人际交往的新特点与高校辅导员工作理念的更新

The New Characteristics of the Present Undergraduates' Interpersonal Communication and the Update of the Counselors' Working Philosophy

人际交往是大学生生活中的一个重要组成部分,它在不同的时期有不同的特点。笔者在研读三十年来以"大学生人际交往"为主题的50篇文章后,通过比较,总结出当前大学生人际交往的新特点,并试图在此基础上以符号互动论为切入点,来探讨新时期辅导员在引导大学生建立良好人际关系方面工作理念的更新。

The interpersonal is one of the periods. After reading fifty articles written in last 30 undergraduates＂, the author has made comparison and important parts in campus life, with various characteristics in different years with the topic regarding ＂the interpersonal communication of summarized the new characteristics of the present undergraduates regarding their interpersonal communication. On this basis, with Symbolic Interactionism as a pointcut, the author attempts to discuss the updating of the counselors＇ working notion while they are leading the students to establish a good interpersonal relationship in the new period.
