认真落实"十七大"精神,必须加强以和谐稳定为中心的校园文化建设。要建设和谐校园,就必须要建立健全教育实施体系、组织管理体系、人文关怀体系、环境管理体系等制度体系,还必须责任到人,责任到位,强化管理的具体措施。

While carrying out the spirits of the 17th Congress of the CPC, it is essential to strengthen the construction of harmony-centered campus culture. To build a harmonious campus requires the establishment and improvemert of an implementing system of education, system of organization and administration, humanistic care system and the administrative system of campus environment. Responsibility must be carried out by individuals in the right places with enhanced administrative measures.
