摘要
本试验采用粒度组成与攀精矿相近的钛精矿改变TiO2含量,消除了烧结料粒度变化对试验结果的影响,更能真实反映TiO2的影响规律。试验表明TiO2含量在6%~10%的范围内,在高碱度条件下TiO2含量对产质量仍有较大的影响。随着TiO2含量增加,烧结矿产质量指标特别是强度、矿物组成、冶金性能变差甚至恶化的趋势,只是影响幅度过去的研究结果减小,对目前的生产指导作用更适宜。在高TiO2含量(8%~9%)条件下还进行了提高料层高度,提高混合料配碳量,添加适量硼化物等强化措施试验,结果表明可提高转鼓强度和成品率,改善冶金性能。
By remodeling the test method in this experiment, The effects of sintering feed particle size changing to test result was eliminated, Influence law of TiO2 content was reflected more truly with the alte-ring TiO2 content by titanium concentrate of particle size closing to PanV - Ti concentrate, a test result showed that TiO2 content is the bigger influence to production quality still in TiO2 contents 6 ~ 10% in high alkalinity. Along with TiO2 content increment, sinter quality indexes especially the strength, mineral composition, metallurgy properties becomed bad even worsen of trend, but the influence range is reduced comt)aring with forepassed study result so that the instruction function is more suitable for current production. a result of intensifying measures showed drum strength and yield is increased,metallurgy properties is improved by enhancing material bed, increasing mixture carbon, adding proper boride in high TiO2 content (8 ~ 9% ) of sinter condition.
