攀钢新3^#高炉开炉达产实践

THE BLOWING-IN PRACTICE OF NEW NO.3 BF IN PANZHIHUA IRON AND STEEL CO.

对攀钢新3#高炉(2000 m3)年修开炉及快速达产的经验进行了总结。通过制定合理的开炉方案,开炉过程中确定合理的送风制度和装料制度,控制适宜的加风、开风口及渣铁排放进程,优化高炉操作,确保炉况稳定顺行,从而使新3#高炉开炉顺利,并实现快速达产。

The blowing-in experiences of new No.3 BF in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.and gaining target output experiences were summarized.At the blowing-in period,a series of measures was made,such as rational operation regulation of hot air blowing and burden charging;setting up proper blowing-in program;properly controlling air blasting;appropriately tuyere opening and slag run-out as well as optimized furnace operation allow smooth and stable furnace operation status,thus the blowing-in was successful and reached the target output rapidly.
