不同剂量的戊巴比妥钠在实验犬麻醉中的应用分析

Analysis of application of different doses of pentobarbital sodium to anesthesia of experimental dogs

目的比较分析不同剂量的戊巴比妥钠的麻醉效果。方法腹腔注射不同剂量的戊巴比妥钠溶液。结果从25mg/kg体重的剂量开始注射,以5mg/kg为间隔,增加到40mg/kg时,诱导期(显效时间)时间缩短了2.36min,维持时间延长了87.18min,呼吸频率增加了5次/min、心跳次数逐渐减慢,肛温递减达1.61℃。结论25mg/kg的戊巴比妥钠腹腔麻醉是理想的麻醉剂量,实验犬生命体征处于正常范围。

Objective To compare and Analysis the anaesthetic effects of different doses of pentobarbital sodium in dogs. Methods Different doses of pentobarbital sodiuln were injected into peritoneal cavity. Results The resuhs showed that Injection of drug from the 25mg/kg starting, a 5mg/kg body weight＇s interval was done, when-inereasesd to 40mg/kg, the induction period （appearance time） shortened 2.36min, maintenance time lengthened 87.18min, the respiratory frequency had increased 5 /min along with the dosage increasing, the heartbeat cut down gradually, anal temperature decreasing progressively to 1.61℃. Conclusions 25mg/kg pentobarbitol sodium abdominal cavity anesthesia is the ideal dosage, vital signs of dogs were in the normal range.
