科学技术的共生性使得新兴媒体在促进人类福址的同时,也出现了大量的挑战公共道德、侵害人们权益的现象,这些游走在道德和法律边界的行为所造成的影响不可小觑。从新兴媒体传播中常见的侵权现象入手,提出了法律质疑和应对方法。

Emerging media create human well-beings, at the same time, they elicit such problems as challenging public morality and infringing other people＇s rights and interests. Their influence of these acts between moral and law should not be underestimated. This paper, beginning with the infringement made by emerging media transmission, puts forward legal criticism and countermeasures.
