非形式逻辑视野下的因明性质探析

Investigation on the Property of Hetuvidya in Horizon of Non-classical Logic

在因明的性质这一问题上,学界存在两种针锋相对的观点。一种观点认为,因明就是逻辑,另一种观点则对此坚决予以否认。其实,后者是从狭隘的形式逻辑的角度立论的。如果从其论证方式与论证结构来详细考察,因明是一种典型的非形式逻辑。

There are two diametrically opposed views on the property of Hetuvidya. One holds that Hetuvidya is logic, the other denies it resolutely. In fact, the latter just put forward its opinion from the narrow pointview of formal logic. By studying carefully its patterns and structures of argumentation, we find out that Hetuvidya is a typical informal logic.
