摘要
管理者行为不同于领导者行为,组织经常处于运用管理法则和领导力量的两难境地。因应内外环境的变化相机确定管理和领导的相对强度,在二者之间保持必要的张力,是组织发展的策略性选择,其实现路径可借助组织手段,亦可诉诸领导者个人的职业生涯规划。
The behaviors of the managers are different from the leaders .The organizations are often in a dilemma when they use management law and leader power.Relative strength of management and leadership should be determined by the change of the surroundings.Keeping the tensile force between them is the tactical choice of an organization.It can be realized with the help of organization instrumentality,also can achieved by the career programming of the leaders.
