在全球金融危机的背景下,我国高校毕业生"就业难"的问题更加突出,面临新的挑战。农民工返乡潮、城镇人口失业、全社会过度就业加剧了岗位稀缺,使高校毕业生就业状况雪上加霜。解决这一难题需要全社会的协同配合和共同支持,政府应促进经济转型,改善就业环境;高校应通过构建就业指导体系,完善就业服务;用人单位要合理利用人才、更新用人观念;高校毕业生更应转变就业观念、摆正就业心态,先就业,后择业,以创业带动就业。

In the background of global financial crisis, the problem of employment diffieuhies of our college grads is even protruding and they are confronted with new ehallenges. The migrant workers coming home, and the unemployment of urban population aggravate the spareity of posts, thus resulting in employment one disaster after another. To solve the problem, the cooperation of the whole society and commom support are needed; the government should promote the eeonomie transformation to improve employment environment; colleges should set up employment system to perfeetits service; em- ployers should make use os the staff resonably and renew the staffing ideas;eollege grads should ehunge the employment ideas and set the mood right to drive the pioneering work into employment.
