学校类型不同,职能定位不同,培养模式和发展方向也会不同。各种类型的大学各安其位,分层发展,从高等教育发展理论与实践上来说都是合理的。从决策层面上来说,应在分类指导的框架下,为各类学校创造可比的发展条件和平等的发展空间,对于坚持走特色化道路的学校给予更多的政策性支持。

They each should find their own positions and develop in different layers, which is reasonable in the developing theory of higher education and practice.
