摘要 通过文献综述和开放式问卷编制出包含85个题项的《大学教师教学关键环节行为评价问卷》。对两所高校共268名在校大学生进行调查,据问卷调查结果进行因素分析,并依据分析结果对问卷进行删减和整理,最终得到包含3个因子(备课、上课、批辅考)共28个题项的问卷。初步编制的问卷各项测量学指标总的表现良好,α系数为0.97,KMO值为0.875。 The Evaluation Questionnaire of Teachers' Key Teaching Steps with 85 questions came into being based on document analysis and free questionnaires, under the investigation of 268 students of two higher colleges, with the analysis of the questionnaire's result which appears after the delete and comb of questionnaires. Finally 28 items were chosen according to 3 factors: preparing class, having class, checking homework and couching and test. The final questionnaire has a higher quality with a=0.97 and KMO is 0.875.
