摘要
本文从创新源的角度考察了创新发展模式对企业技术创新的影响。首先根据对北京地区１２５８家大中型企业及高新技术企业所作的调查，分析了北京地区企业技术创新源的现状。分析表明，目前北京地区大多数企业主要采用的是依靠企业内部Ｒ＆Ｄ为主要创新源的自主发展模式。进一步通过相关分析发现企业自主发展模式与企业创新投入与产出的矛盾，这一矛盾导致企业创新效率不高。
Using the information gathered through a survey on technological innovation for 1258 Beijing largescale and middle-sized industrial enterprises and high-technology firms,we analyze the current situation of innovation sources of Beijing enterprises Although most Beijing enterprises adopt a self-dependent innovation pattern,with which they gather their innovation information mostly from their own R&D departments,we find that it contradicts with innovation input and output based on correlation analysis and then the contradiction leads to weaken the efficiency of innovation To solve this problem,we propose some suggestions
