农业技术创新是我国农业发展的根本,是实现现代农业的保障,其最终目标是农业增效和农民增收,而这一目标的实现涉及了生产力诸因素和生产关系的多个侧面,仅创新主体就包括了政府、科研院所、大专院校、科技型农业企业、农业推广机构、农户等等。为了使农业技术更好的服务于农业生产,我们有必要对现行的农业技术创新进行绩效评价,以期找到农业技术创新过程中存在的问题和不足,提高创新决策的科学性和合理性,减少技术创新风险,从而为我国农业的可持续发展提供理论依据。

For the technology to serve agriculture better, it is necessary to evaluate technological innovation so to find out the existing problems, to raise the scientific and rational level of creative decision, and to minimize the risk of technological innovation, thus providing theoretical basis for sustainable development in China.
