Introduces the nature and causes of roadway pressure, and according to'the specific circumstances analyses the main factors of impact the stability of roadway : the nature of rock, tunnel position, tunnel axis direction, cross- section size, tunneling rock crack methods, tunneling time and tunneling program. Discusses the shed support, concrete arch support, bolting & cement spraying support, and bolting, hanging net, anchor rope, shotcreting combined support.
