摘要
通过对广东、广西等八个省十所交通类高职院校417名教师的心理健康状况进行抽样调查和统计分析,研究表明目前交通高职院校教师的心理健康状况不容乐观。在分析其主要影响因素的基础上,本文提出了若干对策建议。
By use of cluster sampling method a total of 417 teachers from ten Traffic Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong, Guangxi, and other eight provinces. The result shows that these teachers bear with mental health problems. Based on this, we try to make some recommendations and measures.
