依法治企与企业法律风险防范

Managing Enterprises according to Law and Risk Prevention

21世纪以来,企业活动所面临的外部环境发生了前所未有的变化,从而使得企业面临的风险更加复杂多变,而法律风险便是企业面临的众多风险中的一种。依法治企是企业防范法律风险的根本措施。依法治企管理工作重点要做好"一句话"、"六个字",即:"把企业的法律事务渗透到企业管理的全过程";同时必须从"事前、事中、事后"六个字入手,全面进行法律风险防范。

Since 21st century, there is a great change occurred on the enterprise and effected the external environment of the enterprise, as well as brought risks for the development of the enterprise. The legal risk is one kind of the numerous risk which the enterprise faces. Managing enterprises according to law is the basic measure to guards against the legal risk. The emphases of managing enterprises is ＂a sentence＂ and ＂six words＂ , namely ： ＂infiltrate legal management to the whole process of business management＂ ; Simultaneously guards against the legal risk must from ＂pre- affair, mid- affair, and after- affair＂.
