电网中的各个元件在电能输送和分配的过程中会产生一定的电能损耗,即线路损耗,简称线损。按照线损产生的来源不同,分为固定损失、可变损失和其它损失。其它损失,又称不明损失,主要是由线损管理部门的管理工作不到位、工作人员不认真等原因造成的。因此,加强管理、规范各项工作、提高工作效能就成为了降低线路损耗的一条重要途径。
