摘要
在我国政府日益重视煤层气产业发展的前提下,煤层气发电逐渐将成为煤层气新能源产业化开发中的一个重要项目。本文通过介绍山西华晋焦煤有限责任公司沙曲矿瓦斯发电一期工程瓦斯净化系统工艺概况,论述了其存在的不足之处,提出了降低含水量、提高过滤效果、降低发电机组前瓦斯进气温度、提高罗茨风机出力、新建气柜等解决办法,并提出了相应的技术改造实施方案,指出了预处理系统对气源品质改善的重要作用和其在瓦斯发电项目中的重要意义。
Under the conditions that the Chinese Government pays increasing attention to industrial development of coal mine methane. CMM power generation will gradually become an important project in the commercial development of CBM as a new energy source. The paper gives a brief introduction to the gas cleaning system built in the first stage of Shaqu mine CMM power generation project sponsored by Shanxi Huajin Coking Coal Co. Ltd. The paper points out the weak points of the system and proposes approaches for lowering the moisture content, improvement of filtering effect, lowering the temperature of incoming gas before entering the generating sets, enhancement of the output of Roots blower, building of new gas holder, etc., and proposals for corresponding technical transformation are put forward. It points out that the pre-treatment system is important to improve the gas source quality, and it is of important significance in CMM power generation project.
