室式燃气锻造加热炉炉门口装置的改进

Improvement for Room Type of Forging Furnace Door Equipment

传统室式燃气锻造加热炉炉门口装置采用耐热铸铁铸造而成,因高温易变形、开裂,严重影响锻造加热炉的正常使用寿命。本文介绍一种结构简单、容易制造、安装方便的钢结构焊接水冷炉口装置及其使用特点。与传统铸铁炉口装置相比,炉门、炉门导板变形小,无断裂,使用寿命长;炉子砌体耐冲撞;同时可以回收余热,达到节能效果。

A new kind of steel welded furnace door equipment cooled by water in simple structure which is easy to be manufactured and installed has been introduced in the text with its operational characteristics. Comparing with the traditional equipment, the new furnace door and guide are in less deformation with longer life and no crack. Meanwhile, it can recycle the remaining heat, which realizes the energy-saving.
