介绍了OMRON公司的CS1D双机冗余系统的特性和使用过程。并结合其在压力机控制系统中的使用情况,介绍如何在完成压力机控制的同时,实现双机功能并进行在线更换。该系统中包含一个CS1D-CPU65H型CPU单元、两个CS1D电源单元和一个双机单元。
The characteristics and the operation of the CS1D dual computer redundancy system from OMORON Company have been introduced. Through the application of this system in the press, the realization and the online exchange of dual computer have been put forward. The system has a CS1D-CPU65Htype CPU unit,two CS1D electric supply units, and a dual computer unit.
