摘要
通过对滤清器外壳成形方案进行分析和对比,设计了落料、拉深、整形切边复合模,减少了工序。介绍了复合模结构及其工作过程,以及在模具调试过程中遇到的问题及采取的解决办法,提高了生产效率,降低了产品成本,零件的生产实现了自动化。
Through the analysis and comparison of forming techniques for outer shell of filter, the blanking, continuous drawing, trimming compound die has been designed, which decreases technological process flow. The structure and the working process of compound die have been introduced. The problems occurred and the solving methods used in the trial process of the die have been put forward. Thus the production efficiency has been increased, and the cost has been lowered. The automation of the production has been realized.
