摘要
在体育事业发展并取得一定成绩的同时,也出现了一些不和谐的音符,这些不和谐的因素不仅制约了我国体育事业的正常发展,甚至会影响到构建社会主义和谐社会目标的实现,所以,如何解决这些问题成为体育事业能否顺利发展的保障,在和谐体育构建中如何处理体育法律和体育道德之间的关系成为首要问题.
As the development of sports,we have made some achievements,but there have some inharmonious factors.These inharmonious factors have hindered the development of sports,even to influence the construction of harmonious society.So we must solve these problems.The first problem is the relationship between sports ethics and sports law in the construction of harmonious society.
