摘要
本文提出一个能确切反映集成电路运算放大器传递特性的数学表达式,此式既适用于双极型又适用于场效应管组成的差分输入级运放,同时推导出该电路频域传递特性表达式,较好地解决了CAD中出现的几个问题。
A formula, which is suited to both bipolar and FET differential input stage, is accurately derived from the transfer feature of operational amplifier. At the same time, its expression in the frequency domain is effectively developed. A few problems are well solved for applied Computer Aided Design(CAD).
