专项用地调查统计是第二次全国土地调查的重要组成部分,即将在全国范围内开展。全国土地调查办公室委托浙江省首先进行试点工作,探索专项用地调查统计方法。通过试点区各种资料及方法的应用实践与探索,对各调查方法的适用范围、优缺点等进行了对比分析,提出了适合浙江实际的调查统计方法,可为全国同类地区开展专项用地调查提供参考。

The paper focuses on exploring the investigation and statistical methods of land use for special-purposes in Zhejiang,which was consigned by national land survey office as a pilot province.Based on the application and exploration of the various information and methods by the pilot regions,the paper makes a comparative analysis on the scope,advantages and disadvantages with regard to the various survey methodologies.As a result,the investigation and statistical methods that adapt to the actual situation of Zhejiang province are offered,which can give references to the other places for carrying out investigation of land use for special-purposes.
